I plane on reinforcing all of the joints with 1/64” plywood gussets. They will be individually cut out and carefully filed to size. I have a variety of printed paper gussets of different sizes that I have on file. I found them I think from airfield models web site. I’ll try and post a link so you can download copies for yourselves.
